Couture's cafe bar at The Manchester Museum serves a fantastic menu of classic British dishes, made using high quality and locally sourced ingredients. 

For example, you can have hot pot made from local lamb, fish pie made with sustainably-sourced salmon, pollock and coley and Couture's famous Club Sandwich stuffed with free-range chicken, smoked back bacon and plum tomato.

We also sell Freedom Organic Lager on draught and a range of real ales and speciality beers by the bottle.
